We know sometimes our clients might encounter compatibility issues, so seriously, we’re here to make this as hassle-free as possible.
Our returns policy is as follows:
- Within the first 7 days, items can be sent back for either replacement or full item refund, no questions asked (excluding screen protectors).
- The items must be returned by the client and in the same working quality and packaging (inspections will be done to verify).
- If the packaging or quality of the goods have been compromised, we have the right to refuse the refund (depending on the severity of the damage) or be subjected to a handling fee (15%) as we will not be able to resell those items.
- Inks and toners (due to the nature of the goods) cannot be returned thereafter.
- All other goods such as laptop chargers, cables & batteries, carry a 6-month replacement warranty (excluding screen protectors).
- We will provide you with a replacement if any manufacturing faults occur, unless we have no working stock to provide you with.
